This Slow Flow practice will soothe and stretch muscles, build deep suppleness and strength, chills out and relax. Within a vinyasa (flowing from posture to posture) framework, this nursing evening class begins with some warming moves, allowing us as we progress to slow down and hold postures for a bit longer. Finally, we end with a restorative relaxation to get ready for a restful sleep.
